This loud and colorful festival is literally a massive ‘career day’ and an incredible opportunity to pair the power and magic of flight with a ramp bursting at the seams with accomplished mentors and role models. CCA has successfully integrated STEM education into every event, connecting schools to youth groups and employers throughout the Sacramento region with impactful programs that inspire next generation of our nation's workforce.
